Obesity is a problem that needs to be challenged just as cancer , heart disease, Alzheimer’s. A slim waist is not the only reason you need to learn how to lose weight
Of course weight loss is not just what you see in a mirror. Do you feel lethargic, struggle sleeping, get out of breath easily, do you feel like you constantly need caffeine or sugar to get through a day.
